United States Holocaust Memorial Museum

Oh, what a fulfilling and rewarding experience at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. It was a busy time in Washington, including the Cherry Blossom parade, countless school groups out on spring break, Emancipation Day in D.C., and Yom HaShoah. It was a lot of walking, sight seeing, eating at fine restaurants, and seeing old friends and family. Most importantly, my book signings at the Holocaust Museum were enormously successful, allowing me to meet visitors from all over the U.S. and Canada. I learned so many different stories about people’s past lives, their reaction to the museum, their discussions about their lives back in their hometowns, and feedback about my books. The experience was just invaluable!
